Join Rachel tomorrow (May 5th, 2024) for an intensive one-day fashion show, online lecture and Q&A on coat making. Sign up for the class here!
Rachel is going to start out with online fashion show of several of her coats from her collection of 250+ garments. Then she'll give a talk about some of her principles and ideas around coat making as well as her general theory of making and wearing garments as works of art.
After that, she'll go bring each of the garments from the show into her studio and tell the story, show the details and answer any and all questions from construction, fitting, personal touches, to fabric selection.
If you would like Rachel's input on something you're working on, please bring your questions, ideas, fabric selections or other elements of design and have those ready to share.
Expect the class to run for about 6 hours, longer if there are more questions and requests. We'll take a few breaks, but Rachel will continue until the class is out of questions.
